- Spearheaded efforts to renovate and modernize the library – implementing online check out of resources.
- Animal Control Facility – Led efforts to upgrade animal shelter facilities and partner with other area animal rescue organizations in saving the lives of hundreds of cats and dogs each year.
- Helped Sherman become a Main Street City resulting in the continued revitalization of downtown.
- Added Pecan Grove Athletic Complex – Youth baseball, softball, and lighted soccer fields.
